The income tax 'Selvangivelse' consists of a national and municipal tax in combination with a health allowance. People who are members of a church must also pay the 'folkekirken'. This is a special church tax. You also pay a contribution of 8% to the labour market (AM-bidrag) and to ATP (Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension). ATP is not a tax, but a supplementary pension that you will be entitled to when you retire.
Danish tax card
